I have spent the last 15 years leading award-winning work in every creative marketing discipline. At every type of agency, for every brand category. I help brands craft their story and imagine new ways to tell it. I help agencies grow their business by adapting to new challenges in our rapidly changing industry. Because the work can be anything, the idea is everything.

Creative people can be very effective business people. I started my first business at 20. While serving as head of creative for a global agency, I created the world's first coworking space and creative agency hybrid, concepted and opened a restaurant in the span of ninety days, and founded The Museum of Advertising™–a nonprofit based in NYC.

I’m Glenn Pajarito, a Creative Director based in New York City. I started as a graphic designer of a small San Diego surf brand and became Executive Creative Director on Madison Ave by the age of 31. Along the way I’ve become an adman, strategist, pitchman and I’ve also played the roles of producer, media planner and managing director. I enjoy collaborating with others who also think outside their job title.
